Directions to Newbury Yoga Studio

From Newburyport
Take Rt. 1 south from Newburyport. (beginning at the Mobile station at the corner of State and High Street)
Proceed for 5 miles until you come to a blinking yellow light/Rt. 1A Rowley sign. Left onto Central St. Proceed for 1.4 miles. Take the first left after Country Gardens. There is no street sign. Follow this road .5 miles baring left onto Cross St. until it ends at Rt. 1A. Take a left. Proceed for 2 miles. Take a left onto Old Rowley Rd. The Studio is at #30 on the right at .2 miles.
From I-95 North
Take exit 57/Rt. 113 exit off rte 95. Take a left off the exit. Proceed .3 miles to set of lights. Shell station on the right. Take a right (Low Street) Proceed for 2 miles. Take a right at lights onto rte 1 turnpike. Follow for 5 miles to the blinking yellow light/Rt. 1A Rowley sign. Take a left onto Central Street. Proceed for 1.4 miles. Take the first left after Country Gardens. (no street sign). Proceed along this road for .5 miles baring left at the fork onto Cross street. Follow to the end. Take a left onto Rt. 1A and proceed for 2 miles to Old Rowley Rd. Take a left. The studio is at #30 on the right.
From I-95 South
Take I-95 south to exit 54a/Rt. 133 east. Take a right off the exit. Follow Rt. 133 until you cross over rte 1 all the way to rte 1a. Take a left onto Rt. 1A and proceed through Rowley Center 3.8 miles to Old Rowley Rd on the left. (If you come to The Parker River you've gone too far). Take a left onto Old Rowley Rd. The studio is at #30.
From the Studio
Take a right at the end of Old Rowley Rd. onto Rt. 1A. Proceed for 2 miles. Take a right onto Cross Street at the Seaview Retreat sign. Proceed .1 miles bear left at the fork. Bear right at next two forks (approx. .5 miles) end at Central Street. Take a right. Proceed 1.4 miles to Rt. 1. Take a right. Five miles to Newburyport.
Leave shoes and coats in downstairs area. Studio is upstairs.

From South:
Take 95 North to Exit 56 - Scotland Road. Stay right as you exit past the first traffic light. Go
right at the end of the road. Go right to the rotary, get on Rt. 1 South about 1/4 mile on mile left
is Holistic Family Practice. Located at 65 Newburyport Turnpike Road, across from Newbury Convenience
Store.
From North:
Take 95 South to Exit 57. Go left to second traffic light and take a right on to Low Street. Follow
straight to Low Street/Rt. 1 light. take a right down to rotary and continue on Rt. South about
1/4 mile on mile left is Holistic Family Practice. Located at 65 Newburyport Turnpike Road, across
from Newbury Convenience Store.
