Pam has 30 years experience as a certified yoga instructor and structural body worker, holding certificates in Hatha, Vinyasa and Contact Yoga. She has also studied under the direction of Patrica Walden, Stephen Cope, Nateshvar Ken Scott, Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, Donna Fahri, and Rama Berch.

Chris Morton, RYT 200
Chris presents workshops in stress reduction through mindfulness and yoga for individuals and groups in a variety of community and educational settings. She has trained in the use of mindfulness techniques and yoga at the Boston Deaconess Hospital Mind/Body Institute, the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Yoga Spirit in Essex, MA and Nateshvar Ken Scott's Contact Yoga Teacher Training.

Dr. Tom McFaden
Dr. Tom McFadden is a sports and wellness orientated chiropractic physician, a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher and martial art instructor with over 30 years experience.
He will be teaching practical anatomy and physiology tailored to the needs of the yoga teacher and practitioner. He will explore concepts of structure and function through some lecture but mostly through touch, feeling and movement.
